these things can start ANY time of the pregnancy. each woman is different. but lower back pain can be a sign of labour. but because you said its a constant pain now. its most likely not. give you doctor, midwife, hospital or on call nurse a ring and tell then whats going on and they will give you a better answer. just to ease your mind. good luck
