Where are some good vacation spots in Malaysia?

My family and my grandmother lives in kuala lumpur. We would love to take a trip somewhere in Malaysia. However, my grandmother is 86 years old and has problems walking. I would prefer a place that has a beach (a good one though, not like port dickson or Kuantan), but I'm openminded. Thanks!
