Do hairdressers cut wigs for you?

i haven't asked my local hairdressers yet but anyway do they? i want to cut a hibari kyoya (katekyo hitman reborn)style wig. any recomendations for hairdresser shops that do that in kuala lumpur, malaysia? o.o
