Braxton hicks contractions? hard to breathe?

ok so i have tried googling this and all i find is that braxton hicks are uncomfortable for some and of course there are instructions on how many to have before ya call the doc. Which all of that - i understand. But my question is, do braxton hicks make if a lil hard to breathe? i can be relaxing, watching tv and my belly tighten up and get so hard it makes my eyes water and hard to breathe. are those two things normal? it is def not real labor. this been going on for a while now. i am 30 weeks today. also, i read to change positions but it doesnt matter. it still doesnt lighten up till its ready to go itself.
