Do i have braxton hicks contraction?

i am 30 weeks and every since yesterday i keep feeling my period cramps...was wondering if this is the false contractions im feeling...it don't bother me that much i just want to make sure its nothing serious. i feel it in the front and my back. so help me out please :/
