Ps3 game installation wont stop?

i put in a new game and it was installing but when it reached 73% it said error code 8002f1f9 then i did what it suggested me to do and it didn't work =( i also tried to use a memory chip and download the update but the system just keeps on restarting the game installation and i cant do anything i even tried to take to system apart to put more grease on the little things inside to make sure it wasnt anything to do with YLOD. Someone please help, i really dont have money to get it fixed right now........
