I'm planning to go to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on , 22nd of June , how soon can i apply for visa.?

Hello, i want to go to malaysia, on the 22nd of next month, so how soon can i apply for my visa, and tickets before 22nd. I am from Nepal, but applying for Visa from India, so if there is any thing i need to know more , can you please share some information. Thank you in advance.
